Reserve Leadership Collective

The Reserve Leadership Collective is a nonprofit corporation organized for exclusively charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501©(3) of the IRC of 1986, as amended.The Reserve Leadership Collective is dedicated to advancing education, fostering retention, and promoting cohesive collaboration among Reserve Officers.  We recognize the challenges inherent to service and leadership within the Reserve Component and aim to facilitate successful career development and cultivate longevity of the specialized skills that exist within the Reserve Component. Our mission is to establish a supportive community for both restricted and unrestricted Reserve Officers that prioritizes professional growth, offers mentorship avenues, challenges conventional thinking, and inspires ongoing commitment to safeguarding our nation's security and prosperity.

We also host an annual Reserve Leadership Symposium, the only professional gathering specifically for Marine Corps Reservists of all major subordinate commands.
